CONNECT FAMILY - I hope this email finds everyone in good health and you have been able to catch up on house things while staying safe at home during these rainy days.

Our March 27th meeting/lesson was on The Holy Spirit. What a wonderful topic and an amazing gift from God - when we become a child of God by repenting, asking Jesus into our hearts to lead our life, and receiving Him as our Savior, God gives us His Holy Spirit to live within us!!!! The Holy Spirit's gifts are incredible.

I am saving all my notes and someday hope to expand on this topic even more. I wish more people know and understand this topic.

PRAYER REQUEST:

- We will miss Lynn Parent. She took off today to move to North Caroline. She has a job there and a place to move into. Please pray for safety, and for all things to go well.

- Prayers for Jeanne Peel as she prepares to move. She will be near her daughter and grandchildren. We will miss her.

- Pray for Kay and Nancy Miller and their health. Pray for Andy Montgomery for the right medication to help him and that he will listen to the doctors.

- Let's pray for each other as I believe we all have some sort of health issue we deal with

- Pray for Peace, an end to the wars and unnecessary suffering going on

APRIL CALENDAR:

1. APRIL 11 - An Activity every (SS) Second Saturday . Thank you Steve for your suggestion. Steve will be one of the authors doing readings and signing books.

Steve will read his Christmas book. He is working on a second book now.
Besides that, there are over two hundred artisans displaying and selling their crafts in this amazing venue where you could spend hours.
Afterwards we could all go to have lunch at
an Asian American buffet called Ichiban in the same parking lot area. It's on Rt 1, on the south end of Saint Augustine, 30 minutes from my house.
The event below starts at 10 AM. 11 AM arrival should be fine.

2. APRIL 24 - Meeting (FF) Fourth Friday

**** We have an amazing guest speaker scheduled, Jill Dempsey. I hope you mark your calendars now and plan to come. It is shocking what Jill has been through and how very much she overcame. It is amazing and there is more - come find out all she is doing now despite being left legally blind along with other hardships.

Jill is a wonderful inspiration, a super caring person, and tough as nails! (my opinion).

If you think you have it rough and want to be encouraged be sure to come.

Meeting time and place,

most likely, 3:30pm start time and at

either Hershel Park (off Colbert Lane) if weather is good, - outside undercover, or 11 Cottonwood Ct.

The park is closer to the "W Section" where Jill and her Standard Poodle service dog live. They will need a ride.
